Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. On Purpose is a pay-as-you-go service and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time. 

To change your subscription:

  • Please log in to your account.  If you are having trouble logging in please Click Here for more information. 
  • Hover over the Login tab in the top navigation pane and click on “My Account” in the drop down menu.
  • On the left side of the screen click on Subscriptions.
  • Your subscription will be displayed and Click the “View” button.
  • In the Subscription Totals section you will see “Upgrade or Downgrade” button.  Click on it.
  • This will bring you to the On Purpose store where you will be able to select your new level and payment frequency of On Purpose.
